Agate
Agate is considered a stone of stability and inner balance. With its banded patterns and wide variety of colours, it is often chosen for jewellery for both its spiritual associations and aesthetic appeal.
Colour: colourless, milky white, grey, blue, green, pink, brown or artificially coloured
Purported healing effects: traditionally believed to stabilise the aura, absorb and transform negative energy, and have a cleansing effect emotionally and physically. It is also associated with supporting the eyes, stomach and uterus, cleansing the lymphatic system and pancreas, strengthening capillaries, helping with skin conditions and improving decision-making. When worn near the heart, it is believed to help with accepting love. When worn near the stomach, it is traditionally associated with supporting digestion and easing gastritis.
