Shipping and payment methods

Product prices include VAT as required by law, but do not include shipping costs. We do not charge any packaging fees.

We deliver products throughout Hungary under the following conditions:

We aim to deliver ordered products to the customer as quickly as possible. The delivery time for orders is 1–5 working days. We will notify you by email when your parcel has been dispatched.

The minimum order value in our webshop is HUF 3,000.

Delivery by courier service:

Our webshop’s delivery partner is GLS courier service. On the morning of delivery, the courier service will send an email containing the courier’s phone number and an estimated 3-hour delivery window. A phone call before delivery can also be requested for an additional fee of HUF 150. Please take this into account when requesting this service. If you would like telephone notification, please indicate this in the comments field. This additional fee will automatically be added to the total amount when the order is confirmed.

Delivery by GLS courier service:

Payment by advance bank transfer within Hungary:

Between HUF 3,000 and 6,000: HUF 1,890

Between HUF 6,001 and 24,999: HUF 1,690

Above HUF 25,000: free of charge.

With this payment method, the total amount of the order is paid through online banking. Please make sure to wait for our order confirmation email before making the transfer. We are unable to accept transfers from foreign bank accounts due to the high bank charges involved.

If payment is not made within 72 hours of confirmation, we will contact you again by email to remind you about the payment. If we still do not receive a response within 4 days, the order will be cancelled.

Cash on delivery:

If your order is sent by cash on delivery, the price of the goods and the shipping cost must be paid to the GLS courier service upon delivery.

Cash on delivery to an address in Hungary:

We do not deliver orders below HUF 3,000 by cash on delivery.

Between HUF 3,000 and 6,000: HUF 2,540

Between HUF 6,001 and 24,999: HUF 2,340

Above HUF 25,000, only the cash-on-delivery fee of HUF 650 is payable.

If no one accepts a parcel sent by cash on delivery at the specified address, we will attempt delivery once more. If this is also unsuccessful, we will no longer send parcels to the customer who placed the order by cash on delivery; future orders will only be dispatched against advance bank transfer. Please note that if no withdrawal takes place, the customer must in all cases pay both the outbound and return shipping costs for uncollected parcels, which we will enforce by legal means.

Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop or Parcel Locker:

We do not deliver orders below HUF 3,000.

In the case of advance bank transfer, the shipping cost for orders between HUF 3,000 and 24,999 is HUF 1,250.

In the case of cash on delivery, the shipping cost for orders between HUF 3,000 and 24,999 is HUF 1,900.

Above HUF 25,000, only the cash-on-delivery fee of HUF 650 is payable.

These parcels can be collected from GLS ParcelShops or Parcel Lockers. You can select the location of the ParcelShop or locker from the list during checkout. The parcel can be collected for 5 working days from the first working day following dispatch.

If you order to a parcel locker using cash on delivery, please note that payment at the lockers is only possible by bank card.

Bank card payment:

Between HUF 3,000 and 6,000: HUF 1,890

Between HUF 6,001 and 24,999: HUF 1,690

Above HUF 25,000: free of charge.

With this payment method, bank card payment is available through the secure SimplePay system.

You have 7 days to pay the total amount of the order. If payment is not made within one week of confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

If no one accepts the parcel at the specified address, or the parcel is not collected from the ParcelShop or Parcel Locker, we can only resend the parcel against payment of a new shipping fee, which must always be paid in advance.

If a prepaid order is returned because it was not collected and the customer does not wish to pay the new shipping cost, only the price of the products will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost.

MPL postal parcel:

For product orders above HUF 3,000, the shipping fee is HUF 1,990, in addition to which we charge a further HUF 800 for transport to the post office.

In this case, we only accept advance bank transfer.

The free-shipping discount above HUF 25,000 does not apply.

The delivery time is 2–3 weeks from receipt of payment.
