Using the webshop

We have designed the webshop with services and features intended to help you find and purchase the product you are looking for as easily as possible. The webshop functions have primarily been tailored to the needs that may also arise during in-person shopping, while additional ideas have been added to make purchasing even easier. To help you select the most suitable product, we aim to provide as many recommendations and as much information as possible about the products you choose.

Browsing

You can browse our products in the webshop without placing an order. In this case, you do not need to provide any personal details. Even when browsing without logging in or registering, you can select products, which will be placed in temporary storage. If you then register by providing your details, these items can be ordered immediately, so you do not need to select them again after logging in. We have created a multi-level menu structure for browsing products. The links on the homepage help you select the main product category, within which further subcategories are available. By clicking on the desired product category, you will see a detailed product list. From here, you can select products and access their detailed information pages, where you will find photographs and detailed technical descriptions. At the bottom of the page, you can see the price and add the product to your basket.

If you would like to view other products, you can continue browsing using the navigation buttons available on every page of the webshop.

Search options

* The SEARCH function is designed to make shopping and product selection easier, as you can search by entering a word or part of a word in the product identifier, product name and product description.

Ordering

You can place a valid order after registration, or without registering by providing your delivery and billing details. You can then place the selected product in the virtual shopping basket by clicking the “Add to basket” button next to the product. Once you have finished selecting products, click the “Basket” text in the Basket box at the top right to view the selected products. Click “Proceed to checkout” on the right-hand side to continue to the next page. Here you can log in or register. You can also place an order without registration; in this case, leave the small box next to “Create account” unticked.

Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next page, where you can select the delivery and payment method. At the bottom of the same page, you can also provide a different delivery address and add a note to your order.

Click the “Submit order” button to send your order.

An automatic confirmation will be sent regarding your order. Afterwards, we will contact you in a “personal” email regarding the next steps.

Wherever possible, please place your orders through the webshop. Invoicing orders placed by email or telephone is more complicated and time-consuming, so fulfilment of these orders may be delayed by one or two working days.

If you are unable to submit your order using the method described above, please send the exact names of the products you wish to order, the number of packs or pieces, your billing and delivery addresses and your preferred payment method to info@gyongyudvar.hu, or call us on 06-30-231-5498.

We do not provide your data to third parties for any purpose, with one exception: we must provide the courier with your name, address and telephone number to ensure successful delivery, as the parcel cannot be collected without these three pieces of information.

Of course, you can provide different delivery and billing addresses, so you can even send a gift from our webshop. You can add the desired products to your basket either before or after registration. Here you can select your preferred payment and delivery method. The applicable delivery fee will always be stated in the order confirmation email.
As we do not keep very large stocks of any product, it may happen that an item has already sold out by the time your order is processed. We will always inform you of this by email or telephone.
